Sit by a window or outside. Observe the softness of each breath.

  • What might it mean to rest without guilt?
  • Which thoughts keep circling, and which can I let go of now?

How to approach this practice

You do not need to add much more to this card than what it already suggests. A few minutes, a little presence, and a willingness to return to it later in the week are enough if you want to see whether it lands differently the second time.
