Spend a moment with an evergreen tree. Breathe with it in rhythm: 4 seconds inhale, 6 seconds exhale.

How to approach this practice

You do not need to add much more to this card than what it already suggests. A few minutes, a little presence, and a willingness to return to it later in the week are enough if you want to see whether it lands differently the second time.
