Prompt:
Look for signs of endurance — evergreen needles, moss, lichen, tightly closed buds. Touch them gently.

Reflections:

  • Who or what has helped me through difficult seasons?
  • In what situations do I feel a sense of inner calm?

How to approach this practice

You do not need to add much more to this card than what it already suggests. A few minutes, a little presence, and a willingness to return to it later in the week are enough if you want to see whether it lands differently the second time.
