Theme: Slowness

Prompt:
Walk at half your usual pace. Let your breath set the rhythm. With each step, fully feel the ground beneath you.

Reflections:

  • What do I begin to notice only when I am not rushing anywhere?
  • Where in my life am I moving forward without need?

How to approach this practice

You do not need to add much more to this card than what it already suggests. A few minutes, a little presence, and a willingness to return to it later in the week are enough if you want to see whether it lands differently the second time.
