Prompt:
Enter a green space slowly. Pause often. Sit or stand still for five minutes.

Reflections:

  • What sounds remain when everything grows quiet?
  • Where in my body do I feel stillness?

How to approach this practice

You do not need to add much more to this card than what it already suggests. A few minutes, a little presence, and a willingness to return to it later in the week are enough if you want to see whether it lands differently the second time.
